Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
  • Strong SaaS sales process knowledge, forecasting, and metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Proven ability to develop reports, dashboards, and metrics.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and commercially minded Sales Support &Revenue Operationsprofessionalto help scale our SaaS revenue organization.Reporting to the CRO, the role will supportthis role will support andoptimizethe processes, systems, data, and tools that enable our sales team tooperateefficiently and drive predictable growth.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and turning data into actionable insights. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success, you will help build the operational foundation needed to support the company's next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the sales organization and CRO.
  • Manage and improve sales processes from lead generation through opportunity,quoting, contracting, and close.
  • Ensure opportunities are properly documented and progressed through the CRM.
  • Support account planning, opportunity management, proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
  • Supportsales teamwithARR (Net new), NRR (expansion) and GRR (renewal) initiativesto ensure continued expansion and retentionof customer base.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, pipeline reviews, QBRs, and revenue meetings.
  • Maintain sales templates, pricing documents, proposal materials, and other sales resources.
  • Partner with Sales to support customer meetings and follow-up activities.
  • Identifyoperational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance sales productivity and scalability.
Revenue Operations & Reporting
  • Own the integrity and accuracy of revenue data across the CRM and supporting systems
  • Develop andmaintainstandardized sales processes, operating procedures, and workflows to support scalable growth, reporting consistency, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop andmaintaindashboards, reports, and analytics to provide visibility into pipeline performance, bookings, ARR, renewals, forecasting, and sales activity.
  • Monitor key SaaS and revenue metrics, including pipeline coverage, conversion rates, win rates, average contract value, sales cycle length, forecast accuracy, and bookings performance.
  • Establish consistent definitions and reporting for pipeline, qualified opportunities, forecast, bookings, ARR, and customer acquisition metrics.
  • Partner with leadership to review pipeline health,identifyrisks, and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Support weekly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and revenue planningactivities
  • Support the administration, adoption, and optimization of CRM, reporting, salesengagementand other revenue technology platformsto improve user adoption, dataquality, and operational effectiveness.
  • Identifyopportunities to improve processes, leverage technology, automate workflows, and reduce manual administrative effort across the revenue organization.
Deal Desk & Commercial Operations
  • Support the sales team through the quotation, proposal, and contracting process.
  • Maintain the company's pricing structure and product/service catalog.
  • Ensure approved pricing and SKUs are accurately reflected in the CRM and sales materials.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Sales Leadership on pricing, discounts, contracts, and commercial approvals.
  • Helpidentifypricing inconsistencies and margin/revenue leakage.
  • Maintain standardized quote and proposal processes.
  • Track closed-won business and ensureaccuratehandoff to Finance, Customer Success, and Operations.
  • Support renewal, expansion, and customer lifecycle processes through effective operational coordination and reporting.
Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Support, Business Operations, or a related SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and themetrics that drive revenue performance.
  • Hands-on experienceworkingwith CRM platforms such as HubSpot,Salesforceorsimilar, including maintaining data and supporting user adoption.
  • Advancedproficiencyin Excel and/or Google Sheets,with the ability to analyze complex data,identifytrends, and translate findings into actionable business insights.
  • Proven success developing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics that support decision-making and provide visibility into revenue performance.
  • A detail-oriented and analytical approach, coupled with sound judgment and the ability toidentifyoperational risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong communicationand stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities may evolve as the business scales.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with a natural curiosity for technology, process optimization, and scalable ways of working.
Preferred Experience
  • Background in a B2B SaaS company or in a high-growth technology environment is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM administration, configuration, or optimization within Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable platforms.
  • Understanding ofSaaS performance metrics such as ARR, MRR,GRR,bookings, customer retention, pipeline coverage, and forecast accuracy.
  • Experience supporting executive reporting, strategic planning, or revenue review processes.
  • A track recordofidentifyingopportunities to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the effectiveness of revenue-generating teams.
What Success Looks Like
Within the first 6–12 months, this person will have:
  • Established reliable reporting and dashboards that provide clear visibility intopipeline, bookings, forecasting, and overall revenue performance.
  • Improved CRM adoption, data quality, and process consistency across the revenue organization.
  • Implemented a scalable pipeline management and forecasting process that improves accuracy and supports business planning.
  • Reduced administrative burden on the sales team through process improvements, automation, and operational support.
  • Standardized key revenue operations processes, including deal approvals, reporting, and cross-functional handoffs.
  • Strengthened collaboration across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to create a more seamless customer and revenue lifecycle.
  • Become a trusted operational partner to the leadership team byprovidingactionable insights and helping the revenue organization scale effectively.

Compensation

  • Salary Range: $50,000 - $80,000 CAD
