Joining Gold Wind Engineering (S) Pte Ltd as a Sales Support Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and contributing to the company's continued success in the Woodlands North Region. This full-time position will see you working closely with the sales team to provide administrative and customer service support, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and managing customer data
  • Assisting with order processing, invoicing, and other sales-related administrative tasks
  • Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to support lead generation and promotional activities
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of sales strategies
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing industry
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of the engineering industry and sales best practices would be an advantage
  • Knowledge on Autocad / 3D Autocad is a must
