Job description

Our client in Calgary NE is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join their growing team.

In this role, you will assist the sales team with administrative tasks, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, manage document control, and perform other administrative duties.

The role requires excellent project management skills and experience with mechanical drawings and PDF editing software.

Responsibilities
  1. Prepare equipment submittal drawings for review by mechanical consultants
  2. Follow up with customers on outstanding submittal drawings
  3. Use PDF editing software and document control tools (Nitro, Adobe, Bluebeam)
  4. Communicate effectively with management, sales, and customers
  5. Provide feedback to improve workflow
  6. Prepare and enter new bids into project management software
  7. Update addendums and scope changes via Outlook, OneDrive, Dropbox, Procore, etc.
  8. Receive on-the-job training for manufacturer software
  9. Digitally file documents and communications accurately
  10. Provide excellent customer service with a Customer First approach
  11. Occasionally print and distribute mechanical drawings
  12. Cross-train with other administrative roles for coverage
  13. Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  1. Experience with PDF editing software (Nitro, Adobe, Bluebeam)
  2. Strong teamwork skills
