Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary support liaison for the sales team and existing customers, ensuring inquiries, requests, and issues are resolved promptly and professionally.

Coordinate closely with internal departments (e.g., engineering, production, logistics) to support the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders and sales requirements.

Assist in preparing for customer audits and meetings by gathering necessary documentation and ensuring internal processes align with customer quality expectations.

Support the maintenance of long‑term customer relationships by providing consistent follow‑up, order tracking, and post‑sales service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, preparing relevant sales materials and customized proposals that meet client needs.

Track and analyze customer purchasing patterns and sales data to anticipate potential concerns, improve service delivery, and support account growth strategies.

Job Requirements
