A leading appliance retailer is seeking a Sales Support Agent in Delta, BC. You will ensure excellent customer service through support of retail orders from post-sale to delivery. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of customer service experience and strong communication skills. This role offers $25 an hour, with additional employee benefits and developmental programs.

The Sales Support Agent ensures delivery of excellent customer service through timely and accurate support of retail and single-family builder orders, from post-sale through to delivery. The Sales Support Agent maintains contact with the customer throughout, collaborating with internal departments (Purchasing, Dispatch/Delivery, etc.) to achieve and maintain high levels of customer service
$25 - $25 an hour
