Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support to assist our sales team in generating new business opportunities. This role is crucial in helping streamline the sales process and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quotation Preparation: Prepare accurate and professional sales quotations based on client needs and pricing guidelines.
  • Follow-Up: Monitor and follow up on issued quotations to answer queries, address objections, and help move opportunities forward. Proactively follow up on expiring contracts to ensure timely renewal or closure.
  • Connection Call: Support promotion of services for both new and existing clients.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or calls between prospective clients and the sales team.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update CRM or internal tracking systems with all relevant client interactions, lead status, and sales activities.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on cold call activity, appointment status, and quotation follow-ups.
  • Operation: Assist the Client Services team in managing and executing day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a sales support, telemarketing, or customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with new prospects.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Able to work 5.5 days with alternate Saturday off.
