Responsibilities
  • Maximize sales opportunities by supporting the sales capabilities of associates and leveraging current sales techniques and best practices within the organization.
  • Develop and lead marketing and outreach programs to acquire new business and increase market share.
  • Coach, train, and develop a high-performing team in the areas of sales, service and support.
  • Remain knowledgeable on general company policies and procedures and provide ongoing guidance and training to associates related to these policies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation; promote and maintain a safe working environment and follow all company safety protocols.
  • Report unsafe conditions to management promptly.
  • Support privacy policies and ensure compliance with associates.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place ongoing orders; authorize inventory returns.
  • Review POS transactions and daily deposit amounts for accuracy; communicate results to management.
  • Process payments and transactions; manage cash and other forms of payment.
  • Perform weekly sales audits and prepare necessary paperwork for accuracy.
  • Prepare and manage reports relating to sales, KPIs, inventory and employee management.
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and resolve issues pre- and post-sale; manage escalations and complaints.
  • Sell and assist customers; create work schedules for store associates and delegate duties and tasks; supervise and coordinate activities of employees and store.
