Job Location: 10521 King George Blvd, Surrey, BC, V3T 2X1

Salary: $24.50 per hour

Job type: Full-time, permanent (35 hours per week)

• Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff at the store.
• Prepare their work schedules/shifts and assign them job duties.
• Inform sales personnel and customers about telecommunication contracts, promotional offers, best deals/discounts and cell phone plans.
• Keep a check on inventory level of cell phones and accessories to avoid over stocking or under stocking.
• Attend customers and perform sales to gain more business.
• Maintain a record of payments received; cash, checks and credit card payments from customers.
• Resolve client complaints and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate flow of information.
• Perform same duties as workers supervised.

Job requirements:
