Surmesur Laval is hiring a Sales Stylist for Made to Measure Menswear & Womenswear. The role blends client consultations with ownership of a sales portfolio, including measuring, fittings, and guiding clients through the made-to-measure experience. You’ll build a personal book of business and work on the retail floor to meet sales targets.

Base salary plus uncapped commission is offered, with top stylists earning $100K+. Clothing allowance, 3 weeks vacation, and benefits accompany the package.

This is a sales role

Real numbers, real accountability, real upside. You guide clients through the full made to measure experience: fabric, design, measurements, fit. And you build a personal book of business you own for years.

What you'll actually do

Your day is split between client consultations and ownership of your sales portfolio. You advise on style, fabric, and fit. You take measurements. You handle fittings. You follow up on orders, bring clients back in, and turn one suit into a full wardrobe over time. You work the retail floor, keep the boutique sharp, and hit the sales targets that directly drive your commission.

• Base salary + uncapped commission: $55K to $70K at target in your first full year

Schedule

Tuesday to Friday: 10:00 to 18:00
Saturday: 10:00 to 17:00
Closed Sunday and Monday.
