This Position reports to: Directeur régional des ventes.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

The work model for the role is: Remote.

This role is contributing to the EML Division Central Region.

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Represent EML brands: Lumacell, Emergi‑Lite, Ready‑Lite.
  • Represent EML Industrial brands: Hazlux and Ex‑Solution.
  • Cover the distribution channel, calls on contractors and support our agents.
  • Doing expositions, counter days and formations to all channels.
  • Develop specialized products as Nexus Pro platform, central systems and new products.
  • Manage strategy for the day to day business with the distribution channel and agents.
  • Be the contact point for technical support to our agents and distributors.

Qualifications for the role:
  • Minimum of 10‑15 years in the electrical industry.
  • Living in the GTA area.
  • Have been dealing with the electrical distribution channel for a minimum of 5‑10 years.
  • Need to be on the road 4 days a week.
  • Able to develop strategy for growth with the guideline of the regional manager.
  • Be efficient and manage traveling in the Ontario region in an optimized manner.
  • Be able to work as one team and be supportive to each other.
