We are searching for ambitious entry and senior level applicants to join our family of sales representatives.

Responsibilities
  1. Build your own business as a Sales Professional and drive revenue through active client engagement.
  2. Represent American Income Life to labor unions, credit unions and associations across eligible regions.
  3. Provide supplemental insurance options and deliver strong customer service to members and their communities.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand needs and secure financial protection for loved ones.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Excellent people skills and a drive to succeed.
  • State licensing in as few as 10 days is possible; willingness to pursue licensure as needed.
  • Ability to work in a 100% commission-based role and meet performance targets.
