Sales Representative – Eastern Region

Reports to: District Sales Manager - Eastern Region

Summary

This position will be responsible for uncovering and securing new opportunities and business in the Eastern Region.

Location: Montréal, QC

Responsibilities
  • Probe and identify the top territory accounts and their revenue potential.
  • Establish an annual sales budget and achieve budget through account development.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and develop target accounts.
  • Analyze customer needs and develop an account management plan.
  • Conduct in-depth research on various applications and develop a viable business plan to support them.
  • Segmentation of different applications versus clientele.
  • Communicate customer feedback and requirements to internal departments.
  • Responsible for customer relationship management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at events, trade shows, and corporate activities.
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of business processes and the company's performance culture.
  • Timely completion of all sales administration.
Minimum Requirements
  • Technical Degree, Master or similar preferable in one of the following disciplines: business engineering, mechanical, electrical or electronic engineering or mechatronics
  • English/French fluent, excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • MS-Office, CRM tools, Share Point, Business Object
  • 5 years relevant experience
  • Specific knowledge in the Pneumatic, hydraulics, automation, electrical or electronic
  • Knowledge of customer and market structure of Industry Segment, Industry Cluster
