Job summary

VIBRANT Marketing Inc. in Canada seeks a dynamic field representative to grow points of sale and support in-store promotions across gas stations and convenience stores.

As an independent contractor, you’ll manage your territory with your own vehicle, submit daily reports via a mobile app, and work with a supervisor to meet sales targets. This role requires a valid driver’s license, exclusive vehicle access, and comfort with digital tasks.

Qualifications

• Exclusive access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Relevant experience in sales and/or merchandising.
• Ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Ability to submit daily reports.
• Exclusive access to a smartphone—using an app in the work process is required.
• Must be tech-savvy and able to perform digital tasks easily through the app, which includes reports after each shift.
• Exclusive access to a computer and an internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Increase the number of points of sale within the assigned territory.
• Work closely with the supervisor to meet sales goals and targets.
• Ensure in-store activities support and reflect ongoing sales promotions.
• Ensure in-store execution aligns with the proposed plan (promotional calendar, agreements, floor space, planogram, etc.).
• Participate in merchandising plans.
• Install and maintain point-of-sale (POS) equipment in stores.
• Manage own territory and customer meetings.
• Establish positive relationships with customers.
• Complete daily reports via the mobile app.
• Cover mainly gas stations and convenience stores in the territory.

This position will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction for both hot and cold beverages. We have been working with this client for years, and they are a pioneer in the production and distribution of beverages with a portfolio of over 125 brands. You will be responsible for consumable goods in convenience stores and small retail spaces. To apply for this role, it is essential to have a valid driver's license & exclusive access to a vehicle.
