Anax Carriers is a fast-growing logistics and trucking company providing LTL and FTL freight services across Canada. We specialize in reliable, efficient transportation solutions for manufacturers, distributors, 3PLs, and retailers.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative with a proven track record in the logistics or freight industry — someone who can bring in new business and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new freight customers (LTL / FTL, regional and national).
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.
  • Prepare quotes, negotiate rates, and coordinate with dispatch and operations teams.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and handle follow-ups to ensure repeat business.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in logistics, freight, or transportation industry.
  • Strong understanding of Canadian freight operations and lanes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
