A family-owned insurance brokerage is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to prospect new clients, educate them about options, and build lasting relationships. The role requires empathy and communication skills, as well as a strong insurance sales background. This full-time position offers a competitive salary, potential for remote work, and support for ongoing education. Ideal candidates will have a RIBO, OTL, or LLQP license and a proven record in insurance sales.

This is a full time, permanent position. If you are based in the Waterloo area, you can work in our Waterloo office. If you're located outside of the Waterloo area, there is the possibility for working remotely from home. There may also be some travel involved occasionally, to meet with clients, participate in promotional opportunities, and attend conferences. We reward your successes with a competitive base salary and performance bonuses, and we will work with you to determine your ideal commission structure based on your goals. Your total compensation will depend on your tenacity, drive, and the sales you make. In your first year, you can expect to make (at least) $50,000 per year. We may consider remote work outside the Kitchener-Waterloo area for a true sales superstar, with occasional on-site meetings.
