Neo Financial is expanding and hiring Sales Representatives in Canada to drive customer acquisition for Neo Credit, Neo Money, and other Neo products. You will represent the brand, engage potential customers, and close sign-ups at various events with a focus on performance targets and commission-based earnings.

Base wage starts at CAD 20/hour with uncapped instant commissions; full-time or part-time hours are available. Training and a new location openings are mentioned for October.

Important Note on Start Date: We are hiring now for our new location opening at the end of October! Target start and training dates will take place mid-to-late October.

Average On-Target Earnings: $36.00/hour CAD ($74,880/year equivalent)

Compensation: $20.00/hour CAD base wage + uncapped instant commission

Job Type: (Contract) Full-time hours or Part-time hours

The Role

We are seeking motivated Sales Representatives to act as the face of Neo Financial. You will be directly responsible for customer acquisition by signing people up for Neo Credit card, Neo Money account, and other Neo products!
