At Senior Helpers we provide exceptional in-home care for seniors, enabling them to live safely and independently in their own homes. We are growing rapidly and seeking a results-oriented Sales Representative to bring new business, build referral networks, and drive our growth across the region.

Position Overview

As Sales Representative you will be responsible for developing relationships, securing new client engagements, and expanding our outreach in the senior-care community. This is a commission-driven role—your earnings will reflect your success in generating new business and fostering ongoing referral relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential referral sources: hospitals, senior living communities, physicians, discharge planners, social workers, senior service organizations.
  • Generate new client leads and convert them into home-care service agreements.
  • Conduct outreach: cold calls, in-person meetings, presentations, networking events.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing referral sources and clients.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activity in CRM: leads, conversions, follow-ups, documentation.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and commissions.
  • Work collaboratively with care & operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services.
Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience (preferably in home care, senior services, healthcare or B2B referral environments).
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to travel within the territory.
  • Comfortable working independently and pursuing new business aggressively.
  • Strong organizational and tracking skills (CRM experience an asset).
  • Familiarity with senior-care services, home-care industry, or healthcare referral networks is a plus.
