What you'll do

The role of a Customer Sales Representative at our company is to provide our customers with an outstanding service we can all be proud of. Our Customer Sales Representatives also educate our customers about all program and client information and actively speak to them ensuring details are explained, giving our customers the choice of how they would like to process with transaction. Our mission is to complete and fulfil our clients budgets with quality customers.

Within this role you will
  • Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service by engaging with the public through residential outreach activities.
  • Work in a fast-paced busy environment and adhere to our policies and procedures.
  • Input customer information into our Client App and accept payments.
  • Share all details of program accurately.
  • Have excellent attention to detail.
  • Play a supporting role in educating our customers around client programs and budgets.
  • Collaborate as part of the dynamic office team and actively seek to improve workflows and processes.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills enabling you to engage in effective conversations, build strong connections and show empathy to our customers.
  • Student mentality and willingness to learn.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • The ability to take ownership of customer enquiries through to resolution, pride yourself in delivering a customer experience that exceeds expectations, delivering a personalised, friendly & efficient service.
