Job summary

Prime Communications Canada Inc. is seeking a Solution Specialist (Sales Representative) for the Huntsville Rogers Store in Ontario. You will act as an entrepreneur for Rogers and Fido plans, understanding customer needs and delivering the best solutions.

The role offers full-time hours with base pay plus uncapped commissions, plus benefits and employee perks. You will contribute to a diverse team while driving sales and customer satisfaction at the Huntsville location.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-year of retail/sales/customer service experience.
• Be open to workdays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

A day in the life of a Solution Specialist:

• Sales Champion: Use innovative selling strategies to promote Rogers / Fido products and services to new and existing customers develop and execute tactical sales plans to meet or exceed all sales targets. Effectively utilize all sales tools and promotion and actively participate in incentives and programs. Make prospecting an integral part of regular routine
• Service Oriented:Interacts with customers following the guidelines provided through Rogers / Fido programs and standards
• Problem-solver: Troubleshoot customer care issues and provides solutions by working with key internal contacts. Escalate issues that cannot be resolved, whether customer service, operational or personnel related to the appropriate department within the company or Rogers
