Your role in a few words

Under the supervision of the Sales Manager , you will be at the heart of our commercial development. Your goal : build strong relationships, offer an exceptional customer experience, and surpass your sales objectives.

What you will do daily
  • Actively participate in our sales efforts with our customers.
  • Offer a personalized consulting service, in line with our standards of excellence.
  • Seize market opportunities and stay aware of new trends and products.
  • Collaborate with the inside sales support team to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
  • Be the ambassador of our products and our brand.
Your responsibilities in action
  • Prospecting for new markets and create opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain sustainable customer relationships.
  • Negotiate “win-win” commercial agreements.
  • Present our products with passion and professionalism.
  • Monitor market trends to always stay ahead of the curve.

Skills sought to succeed with us
  • Schooling : Completed high school diploma, or better. Why? Because that level of schooling will give you the essentials in communication, organizational and problem - solving skills , which are key competencies in our dynamic work environment.
  • 3 to 5 years experience in technical sales, ideally in a industrial or mechanical field.
  • Knowledge of snow removal products, ground engaging tools and wear parts (a major asset!).
