We are looking for someone who excels at developing new business, masters the entire sales cycle, and knows how to turn client needs into clear, precise, and finalized commitments.

Job Description

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and executing sales strategies to attract new clients.
  • Actively prospecting potential new clients and managing the entire sales cycle.
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of new opportunities.
  • Developing and nurturing long‑term relationships with some of our existing clients to drive IT service growth.
  • Ensuring continuous follow‑up to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Quickly identifying at‑risk accounts and taking action to ensure retention.
  • Staying informed about market trends and relevant technologies.
  • Using and updating sales records in ConnectWise.
Desired Profile

We are looking for someone who is driven by performance, comfortable with goals, and capable of turning opportunities into results.

Technical Skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in consultative sales or business development with a full sales cycle.
  • Proven experience in insurance or telecommunications considered a major asset.
  • Experience in IT representation considered a significant advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of computer networking.
  • Comfortable using CRMs, with ConnectWise being an asset.
  • Strong interest in artificial intelligence tools.
