Job summary

A leading agricultural solutions company is seeking a sales professional to develop and implement sales strategies in Alberta. The role requires strong customer service skills and experience in sales and marketing within the agriculture industry. Ideal candidates will have an undergraduate degree in agriculture or business marketing, a valid driver's license, and proficiency in Microsoft applications. This position offers the flexibility to work from home and requires regular travel within the territory.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years’ experience in sales and/or marketing within the Horticulture or Agriculture Industry.
  • Solid understanding of agribusiness, sales, and golf course operations.
  • Valid class 5 driver’s license.

Reporting to the Area Manager, this position is ideal for a person with a positive customer service attitude who has the ability and willingness to perform a variety of tasks. The successful candidate will operate mainly from a home office but have the ability to work from the Calgary office when required. The territory will include parts of Calgary and central Alberta.

What You'll Bring
  • Undergraduate degree in agriculture or business marketing.
  • 4+ years’ experience in sales and/or marketing within the Horticulture or Agriculture Industry.
  • Solid understanding of agribusiness, sales and golf course operations.
  • Valid class 5 driver’s license.
  • Excellent computer skills including all Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and Outlook).
