Overview

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Salesperson to join our Japanese auto parts team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for assisting customers, identifying parts, processing sales, and maintaining product knowledge about Japanese vehicles and components.

Duties
  • Greet and assist customers in selecting the correct auto parts for their vehicles.
  • Provide accurate information on product features, pricing, and compatibility.
  • Handle phone, online, and in-person sales inquiries.
  • Prepare quotes and invoices, process payments, and complete sales transactions.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure the display area is clean and organized.
  • Communicate with suppliers to order or restock parts as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with regular customers and garages.
  • Stay updated on new Japanese auto models, aftermarket parts, and product lines.
Skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing sales.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Experience in auto parts sales or automotive industry (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Japanese car brands (Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Subaru, etc.).

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Basic computer skills (POS systems, ebay, paypal, email, office, social media).

Work Conditions

Full-time position; includes Saturdays as needed.
