Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing/Transportation Solutions in Montreal is seeking a Sales and Operations Management Trainee to develop solutions for local and national accounts while training across sales, operations, finance, customer service, technology and more.

You will work with a high-energy team, benefit from ongoing mentoring, and pursue advancement across hundreds of locations; a degree and bilingual skills are required.

Qualifications

• Post secondary diploma in Business or Marketing (Bachelor degree preferred).
• Fluent in English and French to serve English speaking clientele.
• Internship or related work in customer facing or sales role preferred.
• Results oriented with strong time management skills.
• Valid Class G/ Class 5 driver's license; ability to drive Penske vehicles.
• Regular, predictable attendance; willingness to travel within the district.

Responsibilities

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts.
• Manage large vehicle inventory to balance productivity, profitability and satisfaction.
• Generate new business leads and foster existing relationships.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
• Take on other projects as assigned by the supervisor.
