Job summary

Maya HTT, an industry-leading software developer, seeks a fully bilingual Sales Operations Specialist to support global sales activities from our Montreal area office. You will coordinate reseller programs, maintain CRM data, and back regional sales teams with process support and documentation.

The role reports to the Sales Operations Director and requires proactive, organized professionals who can multi-task and communicate effectively in English and French.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or DEC in business administration or related field.
• Fully bilingual in English and French (written and spoken).
• At least 1 year in sales support, admin support, sales operations, or customer service.
• Experience in software and services sales environment (asset).
• Strong communication and customer-service skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Organized, self-motivated and autonomous.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support global reseller-related activities, including system access setup, user certifications, and resolution of operational issues.
• Maintain product and pricing accuracy within CRM (Salesforce), investigate discrepancies, and coordinate resolution of missing products or pricing issues.
• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to regional sales teams, including coordination of internal processes, issue resolution, and sales-related requests.
• Coordinate Qualiopi (France training) certification requirements, including training documentation, regulatory compliance, customer follow-up, quality monitoring, audit preparation, and ongoing certification maintenance.

The role

We are seeking a fully bilingual, energetic, and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is eager to take on new challenges.
