Responsibilities

• Attend to customers' enquiries and complaints.
• Generate quotation, sales order, invoice, delivery order for customers.
• Assist Sales Executive / Manager in sales administrative activities.
• Ensure products are shipped on time.
• Involve in cycle count and yearly stock take.
• Liaise with store colleagues closely.
