Brother Canada is seeking a B2C Sales Operations Analyst to support the B2C Sales team with reporting, analytics and operational processes. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams and key retail accounts to drive data-driven decisions and strengthen customer relationships.
Hybrid work setting available, three days remote and two days in-office weekly, with emphasis on accuracy, dashboards, and timely reporting to enable effective account planning and promotional execution.

Reporting to the Director, B2C Sales, the B2C Sales Operations Analyst supports the B2C Sales team by managing sales reporting, analytics, and operational processes. The role works closely with B2C Sales team members, internal stakeholders from cross functional teams, and key retail accounts to consolidate and analyze sales, inventory, order, and promotional information. By delivering accurate reporting, actionable insights, and responsive operational support, the Analyst helps the sales team make informed decisions, identify business opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships.
