Job summary

Merchandising Consultants Associates in Miramichi, NB is seeking a part-time, on-site Merchandiser to support retail displays and planogram compliance. The role requires lifting, standing for periods, and reliable transportation.

You will report to clients, capture photos, and submit updates through online reports.

Qualifications

• Proven merchandising and retail sales experience in grocery, drug store or big box setting preferred.
• Ability to read and execute planograms accurately.

Responsibilities

• Set up attractive product displays and arrange products following planograms.
• Build, modify and dismantle displays while upholding client branding standards.
• Ensure products are stocked, organized and ready for customer purchase.
• Install signage and provide merchandising services per client needs.
• Complete online reports, upload photos and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Develop strong client relationships and act as a company ambassador.
• Use image recognition apps to collect valuable retail data.

Wage: $16.50-17.00 per hour
Hours: Approximately 5-10 hours per week
Schedule: Typically, Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm, but offers flexibility

• Setting up attractive product displays and arrange products following detailed planograms, ensuring product visibility and brand representation are optimized.
• Building, modifying, and dismantling product displays while strictly adhering to the client’s quality and branding standards.
• Ensuring that the clients' products are well-stocked, properly arranged, and ready for customer purchase.
• Installing eye-catching signage and performing additional merchandising services as required by the Company’s clients.
• To keep all stakeholders informed by completing online reports, uploading photos, and providing regular updates.
• Forming and maintain strong, influential relationships with clients, acting as a key representative for the Company and building trust to foster long‑term partnerships.
• Utilizing advanced image recognition apps and scanning technology to collect valuable retail data.

• Able to lift, bend and stand for extended periods of time.
• A valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle is essential.
• Is reliable and takes pride in their work.
• Can read and execute planograms.
• Possesses strong knowledge of smartphone technology, including taking photos and utilizing imaging apps.
• Has a self‑starter mindset, thriving under the pressure and ambiguity of the dynamic Merchandiser role.
• Shows enthusiasm and maintains a consistently professional attitude and appearance.
