Position: Sales & Marketing Associate
This dynamic role supports commercial, operational, and strategic functions across sales, marketing, events, customer success, and business operations. Ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual eager to grow in a fast-paced healthcare tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Coordinate outreach, follow-ups, and meetings
  • Assist with pricing, quotations, and client communications
  • Support onboarding and account management

Marketing & Communications

  • Execute digital, email, print, and social media campaigns
  • Maintain calendars, databases, and asset libraries
  • Manage internal/external communications and reports

Events & Webinars

  • Plan logistics for trade shows, conferences, webinars
  • Prepare materials, coordinate shipping and setup
  • Support live or virtual participation and follow-ups

Market Research & Strategy

  • Research industry trends, competitors, and partnerships
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic materials
  • Track KPIs and campaign metrics

Administrative & Cross-functional Support

  • Manage schedules, travel, and meetings
  • Collaborate with clinical, engineering, and regulatory teams
  • Assist with documentation, regulatory submissions, and training

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
  • 1–3 years in marketing, sales, or commercial operations (healthcare preferred)
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing tools (Mailchimp, Canva, WordPress)
  • Highly organized and able to multitask

Preferred Assets

  • Experience in ophthalmology or medical devices
  • Knowledge of clinical terms and regulatory environments
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite, Figma, and analytics tools
  • Ability to create/edit technical content

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
