Purpose of Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced salesperson, who is going to grow our business within the mining industry in North America. Join our state-of-the-art team as we scale operations significantly over the next several years. Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Management – Own accounts and mining customers; targets are provided with incentives to surpass them. Our customers range from production staff to mine managers and mining executives. Versatility and adaptability are key.
  • Account Management – Serve as the front and face with assigned customers; actively manage account issues, build trust with customers and our team.
  • Collaboration – We are a global company with multiple offices set to grow rapidly. You will remotely connect and build a collaborative team to support our growth initiatives.
  • Safety First – Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge, Education and Qualifications
  • Sales Experience – Strong business acumen through years of sales and account management. Having key contacts at mining facilities at the executive level will give you an edge.
  • Mining Technical Background – Our customers are highly technical; mining engineering or years of mining experience is essential to unlock sales opportunities.
  • Logistical – Willingness to travel extensively across North America as needed; must have a valid passport.
  • Coach and Mentor – Ability to coach, provide feedback, and develop a team in a rapidly changing environment. Lead the team through tough times and new developments.
