This fully on-site role requires a strategic thinker with a background in consultative selling and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. This is a fully ON‑SITE office‑based sales management role with limited travel.

As a purpose‑driven organization, they are looking to hire a “like‑minded” sales leader with a track record of building and fostering a high‑performance and collaborative sales culture while coaching the team in consultative selling that drives performance, maximizes revenue, increases market share, and ensures customer satisfaction.
As Sales Manager, you will be leading and coaching a team of 8‑10 sales professionals that are very passionate and highly motivated to support this unique and meaningful corporate cause and mission. You will work closely with the senior executive team and bridge sales strategy and execution while ensuring sales efforts align with the corporate value proposition and market positioning from region to region.
