This is a fully ON‑SITE office‑based sales management role with limited travel.

Our client is a leader in the mental health sector forging the path to empower people, communities, and organizations of all shapes and sizes with evidence‑based training programs and industry‑leading digital tools that ensure safe intervention and support is available when people are in need. As a purpose‑driven organization, they are looking to hire a “like‑minded” sales leader with a track record of building and fostering a high‑performance and collaborative sales culture while coaching the team in consultative selling that drives performance, maximizes revenue, increases market share, and ensures customer satisfaction.

As Sales Manager, you will be leading and coaching a team of 8‑10 sales professionals that are very passionate and highly motivated to support this unique and meaningful corporate cause and mission. You will work closely with the senior executive team and bridge sales strategy and execution while ensuring sales efforts align with the corporate value proposition and market positioning from region to region.

We are looking for a strategic business thinker with sales execution capabilities, and an inspiring, empathetic, and adaptable business development leader with a collaborative mindset that can:

  • Build and lead a high‑performing and collaborative sales team that is accountable to consistently meet/exceed revenue growth and market share targets, territory performance plans, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular one‑on‑one sales meetings to review BD pipelines and lead by example through mentoring and coaching individual team members to achieve success.
  • Provide ongoing sales team training with regular field management that focuses on consultative solutions‑based selling practices and closing techniques.
  • Monitor sales pipelines and lead funnels, and ensure performance visibility and accountability is achieved through the effective usage of CRM dashboards and KPI management.
  • Develop business plans and implement tactical sales plans for each region to ensure key sales strategies are achieved and aligned with corporate business development priorities.

Qualifications include a degree in Business or Marketing, with relevant leadership and sales team management experience, and strong budgeting and financial management skills.

Remuneration

Compensation is based on experience including a salary of $140‑160K.
