What Your Day Looks Like
  • Work alongside your team, connecting with loyal customers and delivering an amazing in-bakery experience
  • Take charge of product merchandising and roll out exciting marketing campaigns that showcase our delicious offerings
  • Maintain a super clean bakery and get hands-on with production. Yes, you even get trained to bake!
  • Encourage a positive, collaborative environment that thrives on mutual respect and teamwork
  • Help develop your team through coaching, training, and constructive performance reviews
  • Engage with the community through local events and our heartwarming ‘End of Day Giving' program!
  • Build schedules and ensure proper time management for your team
Requirements

  • You have 1+ years of experience supervising a team in roles like food service or hospitality

  • You are a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Physical Requirements
  • Be ready to stand and walk for extended periods throughout your shift
  • Use both hands continuously and perform various physical tasks
  • Lift and carry items up to 7.5 kg frequently, and occasionally lift up to 22 kg while bending, turning, or reaching
