We are looking for a motivated Fitness Manager to be a part of our growing team. This is a great position for a candidate looking to make a career in a dynamic organization while doing something they love. We are looking for leaders with an incredible work ethic that will be responsible for developing a team of Personal Trainers. This position is a Personal Training Management, Sales and Leadership position. A certification is not required, but preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Min 2 Year Experience in Management
  • Developing a high performing team with a Focus on the company's economic drivers: Client Acquisition, Client Retention and Supplement Sales per Client
  • Creating a Disciplined and Accountable work environment
  • Daily Delivery of an INCREDIBLE member experience
  • Recruiting and Developing top level personal trainers
  • Working within the company system and structure
  • Prospecting for new clients
  • Ensuring Trainers are working with the company "code of conduct"
  • Constant Communication of company vision
  • Conducting Monthly trainer Audits and trainer one on one's
