InnVest Hotels in Toronto is seeking a Sales Manager for Corporate, SMERF & Associations to drive new business in the downtown market. You will prospect, negotiate, and close accounts, leveraging Delphi and Salesforce to manage pipelines and contracts.
Travel and events support will be required to grow market share and revenue. The role reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing and requires strong relationships with Travel Managers, Planners, and Association executives.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
As the Sales Manager, Corporate, SMERF & Associations, you will be responsible for proactively generating new business opportunities, growing market share, and driving revenue production for the hotel. This role requires an energetic and results-driven sales professional who actively prospect new accounts, develop strategic relationships, and identify opportunities within the Corporate, SMERF (Social, Military, Educational, Religious & Fraternal) and Association segments.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of the downtown Toronto market, maintain a robust network of industry contacts, and demonstrate a proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close business in a highly competitive environment.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $68,000 to $75,000 (salary + performance-based bonus for eligible positions). The pay range for this position takes into account multiple factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; education and certifications, work location and other business and organizational needs. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
