The Sales Manager is a key leader of the Sales team and is dedicated to motivating the sales team to achieve monthly targets by overseeing all aspects of the sales process from the moment the customer walks into the dealership to the point of sale and beyond. Our company is looking for an individual who takes pride in motivating and leading a team to achievement.

  • Motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets by overseeing all aspects of the sales process, from initial customer contact to sale and beyond.
  • Lead and develop the sales team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.

The Perfect Candidate
  • Sales management experience preferred, however we are willing to train the right candidate transitioning into management if they have a proven track record in automotive sales.
  • Proven experience and a sound understanding in E lead / digital marketing management.
  • Well-rounded background in customer service and sales.
  • Import dealership experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Desk It, 180, TMS, Vauto and CDK is a definite asset.
  • Comprehensive experience in the automotive industry.
  • Leader in the sales process and willingness to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations.
  • Strong facilitation and leadership skills with the ability to motivate others.
  • Takes self-initiative to execute tasks but also encourages team members to achieve common goals.
  • Sustains a high attention to detail and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
The Job Environment
  • Adaptable to work evening and weekend shifts as needed.
  • Position involves sitting and standing for long periods of time.
  • Involves the use of office equipment and computers for long periods of time.
