What You’ll Do
  • Grow the company’s presence in the submarine cable and power transmission market.
  • Identify new business opportunities with telecom and power cable operators.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on bids, tenders, and project proposals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to drive business expansion.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Sales & Marketing.
  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in technical or engineering solutions.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.
