HR Service Jobs is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals, promoting growth and customer satisfaction, and delivering consistent performance results. This leadership role requires a seasoned professional with excellent communication skills, a passion for closing deals, and a proven track record in B2B and/or B2C sales environments.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and company objectives.
Lead, mentor, and manage the daily operations of the sales team.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Identify new market opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular performance reports and forecasts to senior management.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer success teams.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.
Handle key client negotiations and major account development.
Drive adoption and utilization of CRM tools across the sales team.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales leadership or management.
Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical thinker with strategic decision-making capability.
3–7 years of hands-on experience in sales roles, preferably in HR services, staffing, or B2B sectors.
Previous success in managing a high-performing sales team and consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
Experience working with remote or hybrid teams is a plus.
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Flexible/Hybrid as per team schedule)
Occasional weekend or extended hours may be required during peak campaign periods or client meetings.
In-depth knowledge of the sales funnel and customer acquisition strategies.
Familiarity with digital sales tools and pipeline management systems.
Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team development.
