Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual sales growth targets and marketing plans for Bioscience and Performance Fertilizer Products within the assigned territory
  • Coordinate with Sales Leadership, Agronomy, and Crop Nutrition Leads to create consistent agronomic positioning of products
  • Organize and participate in technical and promotional events, supporting promotional materials and campaigns
  • Mentor new employees and provide leadership during team meetings and special projects
  • Manage customer distribution strategy and evaluate opportunities for growth
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Ag Business, Marketing, Agronomy, Soil Science, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of high-level sales and/or marketing experience
  • Strong background in proprietary products or technology-driven markets with proven success
  • Exceptional customer relationship skills and ability to develop trust
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) credential
