Summary

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and customer service targets for assigned areas
• Recruit select hire and onboard new team members
• Lead motivate and retain a high performing sales team
• Coach employees on standards parameters and performance goals
• Serve as manager in charge of the store as required
• Maintain merchandise presentation and evaluate inventory performance
• Implement customer relationship and loyalty management programs
• Manage payroll expense and staffing coverage to meet business needs
• Ensure compliance with health safety privacy and cyber security policies

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience with accountability for driving sales
