Aplin has partnered with a respected Western Canadian food solutions copmany to hire a Sales Manager for their Calgary team. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the Sales team to drive growth and achieve targets
  • Develop and implement sales initiatives aligned with company goals
  • Mentor, coach, and train Sales Representatives to enhance performance
  • Conduct ride-alongs and territory reviews to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Plan and run sales meetings to foster team collaboration and share updates
  • Oversee timely reporting and all sales-related administrative functions
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5–10 years of progressive sales experience
  • 3 to 5 years of related industry experience required (food industry or similar)
  • Experience managing retail and/or food service sales channels
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of animal proteins considered an asset
