This is a senior sales leadership role for a builder with bite — someone who knows how to take a great team and scale it with systems, structure, and consistency.
You’ll lead our Residential, Commercial, and Contract divisions, supported by strong marketing and operations teams that deliver what they promise.
You’ll have the trust, tools, and runway to focus on what matters most: people, performance, and growth.

You’re both a hunter and a builder — competitive and driven, but mature enough to scale a team the right way.
You’ve already led and grown multi-million-dollar sales teams, and you know how to coach for performance, clarity, and accountability.
