We’re looking for a Sales Advisor to join our Kamloops Hyundai team. If you're driven, adaptable, and passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers and guide them through the buying process with professionalism and care
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, from their first visit to long after the sale
  • Present vehicle options clearly, including features, pricing, and financing
  • Follow up with leads and existing customers using CRM tools
  • Work collaboratively across departments to deliver seamless service
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction targets
Qualifications
  • Experience in sales or customer service (automotive is an asset, but not required)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
