Pandora in Park Royal is seeking a Sales Lead to join our world‑renowned jewelry brand. You will fully embrace our brand, culture and product, delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting Managers and Sales Associates to ensure store success.

We look for a results‑driven seller with at least 2 years in a high‑performance environment, strong care in communication, and the ability to engage fans at all levels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays, with standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Exceed store sales goals by building genuine connections with fans.
• Represent Pandora as a brand ambassador and support Managers and Sales Associates.
• Create unforgettable shopping moments through product knowledge and brand loyalty.
• Coach and inspire the sales team and provide real-time feedback to hit KPIs.
