BOXX Modular (Canada) rents, leases and sells temporary and permanent modular buildings, including standard buildings ready for immediate delivery and custom-designed solutions. We have a full-time position for a Sales & Fleet Coordinator at our BOXX Modular branch in Regina, SK.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Sales & Fleet Coordinator plays a key role in bridging the sales and operations functions of the business. This position involves prospecting new customers, responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotations and contracts, and coordinating service delivery with both customers and vendors. This role is approximately 70% inside sales and 30% fleet administration (logistics coordination).

The ideal candidate is eager to develop their sales skills, thrives on building relationships, is comfortable with cold calling and prospecting, and excels at maintaining attention to detail and following established processes to ensure service excellence. They are a natural relationship builder and problem solver who takes pride in their work, demonstrating strong ownership and accountability in meeting customer needs and contributes to a positive work environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

Inside Sales/Sales Coordination

• Provide support to the branch’s sales team by preparing quotations, sales documents, and proposals.
• Research, identify, contact and qualify potential customers, working closely with the Outside Sales team in driving business growth.
• Proactively generate high-quality leads through cold calling, online bidding platforms, and site visits.
• Recommend additional services or add-ons to rental contracts to enhance customer satisfaction while optimizing profitability.
• Develop and demonstrate expertise in BOXX Modular’s products and competitive offerings, using this knowledge to effectively position products and provide sales and service support.
• Drive new and repeat sales by offering timely product and technical information, educating customers on features and benefits to enhance product-related sales and customer satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries and requests, ensuring excellent service.
• Prepare and present reports detailing sales activities and revenue performance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system (Salesforce).
• Follow up with customers post-sale/rental to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and resolve any issues, while identifying trends in customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed on consumer preferences, competitor offerings, local regulations, and product developments by participating in sales meetings, vendor training, trade shows, and reviewing industry publications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Fleet Administration/Logistics Coordination

• Serve as the primary point of contact for service calls and requests related to rented units, coordinating solutions with the Service Technician or external vendors as needed.
• Coordinate and communicate with transportation vendors to arrange building deliveries and pickups.
• Address customer disputes and inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of service.
• Source and set up vendors based on business needs, ensuring competitive rates and terms.
• Verify required repairs, maintenance, and requested add-on services are completed before delivery to the customer.
• Issue purchase orders for vendor services, maintenance, repairs, transportation, and other necessary services to meet customer needs.
• Maintain transportation schedules and related calendars to accurately track unit movements and inventory.
• Conduct fleet inspections and inventory counts periodically as required.

Qualifications

• A strong desire and motivation to grow and develop a career in sales.
• Previous experience in sales support, administration, inside sales, logistics coordination, or a related role in an operationally focused work environment.
• An expert problem-solver who thrives on bringing calm to chaos, being able to think calmly and clearly during challenging situations to de‑escalate and provide effective solutions.
• Friendly, personable, and capable of building strong, positive and respectful relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in computer skills in MS Office, with experience in SAP, NetSuite and SalesForce an asset.
• A post‑secondary certificate or degree in business administration or a related field is an asset but not required.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
