What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead and manage the sales department, ensuring profitability in pre‑owned vehicle sales.
  • Oversee finance and insurance operations, guiding customers through financing options and protection plans while ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Drive sales performance through setting quotas, motivating staff, and hitting departmental targets.
  • Coach and mentor sales team members, ensuring they are trained, engaged, and customer‑focused.
  • Complete financing and sales paperwork accurately and on time (tax, title, lien searches, discharges).
  • Build strong relationships with customers, providing creative financing and product solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Maximize revenue by cross‑selling parts, accessories, and extended service programs.
  • Manage employee performance, conduct reviews, and balance departmental workload.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in sales management, ideally within automotive, powersports, or recreational industries.
  • Solid understanding of customer financing and F&I (Finance and Insurance) operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and manage a team.
  • Your love for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Enjoys a fast‑paced environment, is hard working and brings a positive friendly attitude.
  • Leadership/Management experience.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and a creative deal maker with a track record of hitting goals.
  • Outgoing, energetic, and customer‑focused personality.
  • Comfortable with computers, software, and industry systems.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
