Aside from being resourceful and proactive, excellent communication and negotiation skills are also necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve market share, brand awareness and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, customers and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective business development strategies.
  • Stay updated on government initiatives / grants / opportunities, industry news and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events, tradeshows and networking activities.
