Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Sales Executive to enhance their IT and AV solutions sales. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of sales experience and strong communication skills. The position offers a competitive salary up to $6,500 plus commission and is based in Lavender, Ontario.

Sales Executive (IT/ AV/ Solution Sales) – Up to $6,500 + Comm - Lavender

Working hours: 5 Days Work Week (9am to 6pm)

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6,500 + Commission

Duration: Permanent

Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships as the primary account contact.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products/services to existing accounts.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and prepare regular reports.
  • Any other ad hoc related duties being assigned.
Requirements
  • Possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in IT/ AV or related solution sales.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships with corporate / commercial customers.
  • Self‑motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
