Sales Executive
Location
Hybrid, Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
Overview
Our Millesime system is a modern wine storage solution combining metal and wood. As part of the Millesime team, you will work on wine cellar projects and advise clients on wine cellar cooling and storage design.
Responsibilities
- Deliver monthly and annual individual sales objectives in support of company growth goals. Work daily lead flow and maintain a high conversion rate.
- Partner with strategic partners (wine cellar dealers) to help meet the needs of their clients.
- Utilize incoming lead generation methods (website design requests, incoming calls, consultation requests, etc.) to present, promote and sell products.
- Leverage a consultative sales approach to educating clients and ultimately closing projects.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of product lines, unique value propositions, and advantages that set us apart from competitors.
- Drive cross-functional team collaboration, working effectively with other Millesime departments (including operations, marketing, finance, and product development).
- Utilize selling tools and systems (like Salesforce CRM) to achieve performance goals.
Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of relevant sales experience in a comparable industry is preferred (capital goods, luxury products, home furnishing / improvement, and / or construction). Sales experience in wine storage or architectural design is a significant plus.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a high sense of urgency.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to act independently.
- Proficiency with a CRM, particularly Salesforce, and a working knowledge of an ERP system, such as Quickbooks, Acumatica, NetSuite, etc.
- A team player with a sense of ownership and pride in performance and its related impact on a company’s success.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary and incentive compensation package.
- Base pay: 55k CAD.
- Estimated 1st year commission of 20k-35k CAD. Uncapped commissions.
