$3,500/month base + uncapped commissions (realistic OTE: $6,500–$7,500+)

Are you a motivated, people-first salesperson who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and owning your pipeline from start to finish? We’re looking for a talented Full-Cycle Sales Representative to join our team in Calgary and help drive growth in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

About the Role

In this position, you’ll manage the entire sales process—prospecting, outreach, pitching, closing, and post-sale support. You’ll be joining a company that values integrity, clear communication, and a consultative approach.

This is a hybrid role: four days in our Calgary office and one day working from home.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities
  • Run discovery calls, deliver presentations, and tailor pitches to client needs
  • Manage your pipeline end-to-end, staying organised and proactive
  • Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships
  • Work closely with management on sales strategy and reporting
  • Consistently hit monthly and quarterly targets
