Are you looking for a student position in a dynamic environment with real responsibility and a steep learning curve? At DYNACAP , we are seeking a Sales Excellence Analyst to join our high-performing operations team. In this role, you will support our commercial operations by optimizing internal commercial processes, ensuring high data quality and contributing to business insights that guide project sales and strategic decisions. You will work closely with consultants, project managers, and leadership to improve our reporting, forecasting, and decision-making frameworks – and play an important role in supporting our continued growth journey.

You will report directly to our CCO and work in close collaboration with management, gaining valuable exposure to executive-level dialogue and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, Optimize & document internal commercial processes acros pre-sales and sales management.
  • Support the CCO in development & roll-out of a new commercial sales framework
  • Implement the commercial sales framework in our CRM-system (Salesforce)
  • Sales report & dashboard creation for management and business development
  • Documentation o& maintenance of existing sales processes
  • Ongoing optimization of our CRM (Salesforce) to support the sales organization
  • Ensure CRM and pipeline data is up to date and structured to support accurate forecasting and planning
  • Support opportunity follow-up and project pipeline hygiene in close dialogue with consultants and leadership
  • Identify process gaps and opportunities to strengthen internal workflows
  • Support onboarding and training on tools, templates, and internal commercial processes
  • Participate in change initiatives and contribute to the development of scalable operations structures
  • Assist the CCO and management team with preparation of performance overviews and strategic business insights

Ideally you

  • Are studying for a relevant degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Business Analytics, Digital Business, or a related field
  • Have 1–2 years of relevant experience from student roles in operations, finance, business development, or consulting
  • Have a structured and analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Thrive on responsibility and work well both independently and in collaboration with others
  • Are curious, ambitious, and eager to contribute to commercial decision-making
  • Have previous experience in consultancy, project-based environments, C25 companies, or SaaS businesses (advantage, not a requirement)
  • Are familiar with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) or BI / reporting tools (advantage, not a requirement)
  • Are fluent in English – both written and spoken – and confident communicating with peers and senior stakeholders
